About us

The first „Chata z Zalipia“ restaurant was opened in Sarnów (20km from Katowice ) in 1999. The main reason for this venture was to show our Guests the amazing culinary traditions of the 19th century countryside in Poland. It was first restaurant in this area.

The restaurant very quickly gained popularity and trust of our Guests thanks hight quality of serving dishes, smile servis and authentic interiors with real country’s equipments, fireplace, and beautifull hand-made flowers painted on a wall’s.

Each „Chata z Zalipia“ is kind of an ethnographic museum, where everyone can feel special and pleasant atmosphere of the polish countryside.
